Stock Availability & Processing Times
Our pieces are made to order, just for you, however we do have a select range at the Donald Greig Gallery in Cape Town. If your chosen jewellery is in stock, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order before it’s ready for collection or shipping. In the event that your selected item is not in stock, we will require a lead time of up to 2 weeks to have it manufactured and ready for you. We will keep you updated throughout this process to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery: During the checkout process, choose the option for pick-up or shipping.
Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method.
Confirmation: Once your order is ready and payment has been received, you’ll get a confirmation email from us.

Shipping Details
We offer free shipping in South Africa. Once your order has been shipped you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days. Please note that this estimate is based on guidelines provided by our courier partners and may vary slightly depending on location and service availability. A signature will be required upon delivery and please note we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
